Biography: Born in Sabadell in 1972, Meritxell holds a degree in Humanities, trained as a musician, and holds a PhD from the UAB and a Master's degree from the UB. She has taught Art, Film, and Literature at the Universitat Oberta. Consultant of entrepreneurship, expert in connecting ideas. Add that she’s skilled in public speaking, motivation and foment of creative projects. In tandem with Xavier Salomó, they are the authors of three of Combel's best-selling series: Mini Pops, Good Morning & Good Night, and The Amazing Creepy Houses.

Illustrator: Xavier Salomó
Biography: Xavier is an Illustrator and pop-up designer, born in Sabadell (Barcelona) in 1976. He studied illustration, drawing and printing at the Escola Massana de Barcelona, and has also studied History of Art at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. He has worked for various advertising agencies and as a graphic designer. He collaborates with leading publishers in Spain and France, as well as working on children’s magazines. Twice awarded with the Junceda Prize. In tandem with Meritxell Martí, they are the authors of three of Combel's best-selling series: Mini Pops, Good Morning & Good Night, and The Amazing Creepy Houses.
