Biography: Winner of the Roc Boronat Short Story Prize, Documenta Novel Prize, and QWERTY awards, Bel Olid is one of the most important voices of the Catalan literary generation of the seventies. Writer, translator, and professor of translation at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, is a regular contributor to various cultural media outlets. Former president of the Conseil Européen des Associations de Traducteurs Littéraires (CEATL) and, president of the Associació d’Escriptors en Llengua Catalana.
Illustrator: Sebastià Serra
Biography: Sebastià Serra has illustrated more than 70 children's books. Also, he has worked as graphic designer for several TV shows, theatre, museums and cultural institutions. He was selected three times for Bologna Ragazzi Award and also for the Society of Illustrators of New York. He took part in illustration exhibitions at The Museum of American Illustration of New York, Chicago Art Institute, Northwestern University of Illinois, Itabashi Art Museum of Tokyo, Korea Society Of Illustrators, International Illustrators Exchange of Prague and Frankfurt Book Fair. He won the Mercè Llimona Prize, the Lola Anglada prize, the Serra d'Or Critics Prize, and twice Junceda award.
