Biography: Gustavo Roldán was born in Argentina and currently lives in Barcelona. He publishes in different graphic media and has been exhibiting his work since 1985.. Among other awards, he has received the ALIJA Honour List (IBBY-Argentina) on four occasions; the OCTOGONO Award (CIELJ-France); he has been selected twice for the White Ravens and has been shortlisted for the Andersen Award for Argentina. In 2011 he received the Junceda prize.
